Change & Cancellation

If you need to change the name of a registered participant, or cancel participation in the congress, please read the following information about the associated fees and deadlines.

Please note that the fees indicated below do not include the VAT. The current VAT rate is based on EU VAT regulations and may vary depending on person, company and country.

Name Change

Delegates: Individual Registration
1 September 2011 - 15 January 2012	€30
16 January 2012- 22 February 2012	Registration fee will not be refunded Cancellation and new registration

Delegates: Group Registration
1 September 2011 - 18 December 2024	Free
19 December 2024 - 15 January 2025	€30
16 January 2012- 28 February 2012	Registration fee will not be refunded Cancellation and new registration

Exhibitors

Name changes are free of charge and can be made online until 15 January 2012.

Please note that there are special name change arrangements for Gold and Platinum Sponsors of the EAU.

Cancellation of Registration

All Registered
1 September 2011 - 18 December 2011	€50 will be witheld
19 December 2024 - 15 January 2012	50% will be refunded
After 15 January 2012	Registration fee will not be refunded

Refunds of group registrations will be handled after the congress.
