As an exhibitor at the 27th Annual EAU Congress, you will receive a username/password combination, which you can use to sign into the online registration system. After login, in the menu on the left side you will see a registration which has already been created for you by the EAU - with reference number PAR12-xxxx.

After login, you will need to register all your exhibitors. Here you can find information about exhibitor entitlements and exhibitor badges.

The exhibitor badge allows free access to the exhibition area as well as to all sponsored sessions. When your company receives booth confirmation documents, they will include information about the number of free exhibitor badges. These are allocated according to the booth size. You can only use these badges if you are employed by, or act on the behalf of the exhibitor. Please make sure to carry your exhibitor badge at all times.

Corporate Sponsors of the EAU and Organisers at EAU sponsored sessions at the 27th Annual EAU Congress will be given exhibitor badges free of charge.

Additional Exhibitor Badges

Exhibiting companies may register additional employees for the congress. The fee per additional exhibitor badge: €63 (excluding the VAT). The current VAT rate is based on EU VAT regulations and may vary depending on person, company and country.

Complimentary Full Registrations

Complimentary full registration is a special privilege offered to the exhibiting companies. Participants who received a complimentary full registration through an exhibitor obtain all delegate and exhibitor entitlements.

Depending on the size of the booth and their status, companies have the right to assign up to five complimentary full registrations. Please note that complimentary full registrations per category cannot be added up.
