How to Register
If you wish to register yourself, another person, a group of participants, you can do so in advance through our online registration system.
The online system allows you to save any unfinished registrations and you can enter the website at any time to edit or complete your registration.
Italian participants: please read additional information at the end of this page.
Please, note that registration procedures vary for delegates and exhibitors and we recommend that you carefully read the information presented on these pages before proceeding with registration.
Delegates
Individual Registrations
If you wish to register yourself as a delegate, please use our online registration system and follow the instructions.
Group Registrations
You are requested to choose the “Group Registration” option if you wish to register another delegate, other than yourself. If you wish to register several participants (excluding or including yourself), you can use our online registration system to process all registrations in one request. You will only need to log into the system once – with your own name and password, and then add as many participants as necessary.
Please note that we will require home or work address of each delegate to process a group registration.
It is not possible to register an accompanying person without registering a delegate.
Exhibitor
Exhibitor Registrations
Online registration for exhibitors is always initiated by the EAU Congress Department, after your information has been processed by the Exhibition Manager.
The template for your registration will be set up and you will receive a username/ password combination, after which you can continue with the registration online.
You will be able to add as many participants to this registration as required.
The online system will indicate how many complimentary full registrations and free exhibitor registrations you are entitled to. Please, specify an exhibitor registration type for each of the participants in your registration.
If you wish to request complimentary full registrations additionally your original entitlement, please get in touch with your exhibitor registration contact person.
Methods of Payment
By Credit Card
AMEX, VISA and Mastercard are accepted. Secure online payments are made though the designated online registration system.
By Bank Transfer
If you choose to pay by bank transfer, you will need to initiate your registration online. You will then need to make the payment through your bank and send a copy of the transfer to the EAU (by fax, email or regular post). After the payment is received, the online registration will be automatically finalised.
Collecting Your Congress Documents
Individual Registrations
On the completion of registration you will receive a confirmation by email – you will need to show a copy of the confirmation at the self-service area or the registration support desk to pick up your congress documents.
Group Registrations: Delegates and Exhibitors
After you registered a group of delegates/exhibitors, you will receive a confirmation at your own email address.
- If you will be picking up the congress documents for all the delegates/exhibitors in your group, you will need to make an appointment with our registration staff. You will also receive further instructions in an email after completing your online registration.
- If you indicate that all delegates/exhibitors in your group will pick up the congress documents individually, you will be sent a separate confirmation for each registered person. Please make sure to forward these confirmations to the respective delegates/exhibitors.
