EAU Abstracts
Top-quality scientific contents of the congress is what draws thousands of delegates to Europe’s largest urology meeting every year. For the previous congress, more than 3,700 abstracts were submitted and reviewed by the EAU Scientific Congress Office. As a result, 1,111 abstracts and 50 video abstracts were accepted.
Review
Abstract submission is closed. Over 3300 abstracts have been received and are anonymously reviewed by 271 experts in the different fields. At the moment the Scientific Congress Office members are composing tentative sessions. As of 5 December the outcome will be available online through the abstract submission website.
Outcome of abstract selection
Submitters of abstracts can check the status of the submitted abstracts now by logging in to the abstract submission website. Submitters of accepted abstracts are requested to confirm the presentation before 13 December 2024 through the website as well.As of 15 December 2024 the faculty website will be accesible to upload posters and slides.

The outcome of the abstract selection can be checked through the online abstract submission system.
Between 15 december and 20 January presenters should upload their poster and their slides through the faculty website.

The abstracts from the Annual EAU Congress are published as an issue of European Urology Supplements.
Abstracts online
Before the congress, the abstracts can be viewed through the official website of the EAU, with full texts only available to EAU Members .
On the first day of the congress, full-text abstracts will become openly available. You will then also be able to find the abstracts on this website – through the programme overview and the search function. Smartphone users will also be able to view the abstracts via the EAU Congress App.
At the congress, you can make use of the EAU Abstract Corner – a new and convenient feature to be found at the EAU Exhibition.
