Build your poster online
Do not want to carry your poster to Paris? The European Association of Urology has chosen the innovative web-based platform, PosterSessionOnline, to organise printing of posters for this year’s event in Paris. This service receives, prints and then delivers your poster to the Congress venue, thus guaranteeing that all posters arrive in perfect condition. The cost will be 55 EUR per poster plus 18% VAT.
Deadline for sending posters – 16 February 2012 at 23:59:59 hrs GMT + 1.

Upload Your Presentation
Congress days are intensive for all of its participants – there are usually multiple appointments, sessions and events. If you are speaking at the congress we recommend that you upload your presentation before the meeting - and use your time at the congress for more immediate appointments.
In due course you will be informed on how to upload your presentation(s) for the congress.
You can also upload your presentation during the congress at the Speaker Service Centre not later than three hours before the session.
The Speaker Service Centre
The Speaker Service Centre is an essential stop for those presenting at the congress. Here, the EAU staff will answer your questions regarding the scientific programme, scheduling and presentation . Here you can also get assistance in uploading your presentation, if necessary. The Speaker Service Centre is located on level 3.
The Presentation Training Centre
Now that your presentation or poster is ready for the session, it is perhaps a good time to brush up your public speaking skills. Take advantage of the opportunity to work with speaking consultant, Mr. Paul Casella (Iowa, USA) at this year’s EAU Congress to improve your presentation style and delivery skills.
Mr. Casella performs the same kind of training for many years now during the EAU Congresses and his sessions have been a huge success! One-on-one, half hour sessions are free of charge and available to all speakers and congress delegates.
Sign-up at the Speaker Service Centre in Paris or pre-register by sending an e-mail with your preferred date and time to the EAU Congress Department. The Presentation Training Centre will be open on 24-27 February 2012 from 09.00 till 18.00.
